- HOW LONG DOES THE SERVICE TAKE?
- Carzippi car care and detailing service completion time vary by size of vehicle, condition of vehicle and service selected.
- Just-a-wash - 30-45 minutes
- Awesome Detail - 2-3 hours
- Totally awesome detail - 3-5 hours
If you service your vehicle at home it normally takes 15 minutes for us to set up and 15 minutes to pack up our equipment. If you have your vehicle serviced at a commercial location-office parking etc. your key pick up time and key return time may be extended for a variety of operational reasons. If you need your car back by a certain time, please let us know while scheduling your appointment.
- SEDAN VS NON SEDAN VS HATCHBACK?
- Sedan - 4 doors or less and 2 rows of seats or less with extended booth space.
Not Sedan - 3rd row of seats and 3rd door hatch. (SUV, minivans, XL trucks).
Hatchback - 4 doors or less and 2 rows of seats or less and without extended booth space.
We reserve the right to apply additional fees for excessive dirt, sand, mold, dog hair or other factors that may impact the time required to serve your vehicle.
- HOW DO I PAY?
- Carzippi accepts credit card/debit card/net banking/cash payments for services.
- CAN I USE MULTIPLE CREDIT CARDS IN MY PROFILE?
- WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?
- The Carzippi mobile app will text email and in app message you with a confirmation of your requested time and location.
Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from the carzippi App.
The Carzippi scheduling coordinator may contact you by cell phone if the rescheduling is complicated or difficult.
- WHAT ABOUT DAMAGES TO CAR?
- Our technicians do a note of any obvious major damages to the vehicle (dents, deep scratches etc.) All cars are considered used and damaged to some extent- roap chips, minor scuffs, stains in carpets, etc. if you believe your vehicle to be in perfect condition, please note this on the service request and we will do a more detailed inspection prior to beginning services.
- WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
- We thank you and appreciate your purchase with us. Please read the policy. If due to any reason, unavoidable circumstances or beyond the limitations of the Carzippi (Howlader Ventures Pvt Ltd.). If the order is not fulfilled by Carzippi.then the order shall be cancelled and refunded. In the event the order/product is delivered and has been cancelled for refund due to product fault, delivery of wrong product, partial product, etc the refund is processed.
- The order may be cancelled before shipment due to any of the following reasons:
- Established defect in the product/service.
- Correct product could not be delivered.
- Shipping address found to be untraceable, wrong, incomplete, locked and customer not available.
- The order cancelled must accompany all the accessories (including freebies) which were serviced along with the order else the cost of the accessories shall be recovered from the refund amount.
- Any charges levied as tax is not eligible for refund.
- There is a 25% or Rs. 80 cancellation fee (whatever is larger) for services that are not cancelled within 6 hours.
- Note: Any Gift coupon circulated as promotional offer would not be refunded in case of cancellation of the order.
- Refund Process:
- Please connect with our customer care via email or call.
- The customer care team will validate the request by checking the timelines, product type, warranty terms, etc and shall take the request for refund or exchange.
- Ensure to collect the return address from Carzippi (Howlader Ventures Pvt Ltd.)customer care.
- Pack the product properly and label the product with the order number, return address and your address.
- Follow the instructions of customer care carefully for packaging and returning the product using courier services.
- Ensure that the awb / tracking number is shared with Carzippi (Howlader Ventures Pvt Ltd.)customer care.
- The order shall be considered for refund only if the seller receives the product in undamaged condition [there should be no scratches, no dents etc.]
- The decision of the management about the refund will be binding on the customer
- Caution: Please ensure to pack the product properly before handling it over to courier.
- Carzippi (Howlader Ventures Pvt Ltd.)is not liable to pay any penalty or compensation to the customer for cancellation of any order.

- Refund from the date of cancellation of order
- 10-15 Working Days (*Note Working Days are Monday To Friday excluding holidays)
- In case of Insurance policy cancellation refund will be processed only after refund from Respective Insurance co to Howlader Ventures Pvt Ltd.
- Refund Cheque will be issued in the billing name of the customers.
- In case the refund Cheque is lost by customer, Cheque will be reissued in15 days on the receipt of affidavit and verification.
- In case of incorrect name on the refund Cheque/DD, a new Cheque will be reissued in 15 days on the receipt of original Cheque/DD from the customer.
